Walking/Hiking
Mount Foster Trails
This gravel trail network takes hikers through a mixed forest of tremendous ecological value. The area is managed by Appalachian Corridor, a conservation organization. Explore an abandoned orchard featuring a rest area and climb the 9.75 m lookout tower (known as the Scout Tower) at the summit of Mount Foster. The tower provides a remarkable 360-degree view of the Green Mountains.
A bit further along, the trail connects to the Sentiers de l’Estrie network.
